wow, those are some great experiences and information you shared there..... i started running a month ago to loose weight.... The first two days i ran a lot because i didn't realize what was coming after.... my legs hurt so bad that i couldn't run for the next week... so i started again with smaller distances and i am going a little further everyday. thats helping... i love that feeling when running and after i stop there is this rushing feeling that feels so good.... i wish there were mountains here so i could try that but there aren't any....

I used to be completely happy running for an hour. Now it's a challenge to run for 28 mins, but I know from experience that it gets easier with every run 😁Thanks for your comments @masummin50. Keep at it! Interval training (running a bit and then walking) is great for weight loss because it helps to keep your heart rate at the aerobic level. If you push it faster and get into the anaerobic level you'll be building muscle instead of losing weight. I'm not an expert, but I think that's how it works. You want to build some muscle in your legs of course. But it's good to pace yourself.
thanks.... i will try the interval running...
