I just finished a 3.501km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:28ss !
It is not easy at all to get further kilometers running inside an apartment.
I have managed to overcome 3.5 km doing a warm-up of 10 'jogging and then 7 blocks the 12 repetitions of Burpees.
Between each block of burpees I have jogged about 150m more.
The "burpee" exercise is very complete.
At the cardiac level, this repetitive exercise increases the frequency of your heart quite a lot but the most important thing is that it works throughout the body, especially the arms, chest and abs and at the same time works the reactivity of your quadriceps... Excellent for runners.
Below an example more or less complete about this exercise:

Tomorrow more and surely better
Keep on running!

Good job finding a way to get some strength / cardio in, even during these circumstances. Really speaks to your level of discipline with training.
Keep well!
Thanks dude
10´ corriendo dentro de tu apartamento! solo los amantes del atletismo lo entendemos 😍, gran trabajo!
Cierto!!
Are you on total lock down?
We're still allowed out for exercise, once a day!
Yes, we are locked at home. We cannot do anything outdoors, only going for food or to work is allowed if you have a justification of your employer.
All the country is locked since more than a week ago, in my case since Friday 13th...
It is really a hard situation
Crikey, I may have to use the burpee technique if it comes to it!
Hopefully you'll be through it soon!
You have uploaded 119 running activities, and 4 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 4 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 13.40 kms at an average pace of roughly 7:10 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 7.273min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
Nothing can stop a consistent Runner.
