The Nianuo is a Small creature (with the size of a cat in archaic terrian terms) , with noticeable mixed Yellowish.
Information about the shape of the typical Nianuo is being gathered.
We haven't been able to confirm any accurate information about where this creature nests or when, which means that we may still consider the Nianuo can be found everywhere and all the time on Atoa.
The creature seems fast and very agile for its size. The creature likes to try several non-direct methods in combat, studying its opponent and trying to find a safe angle.
A consistent behavior is that the Nianuo just stares at its target, and for some reason we can only interpret as psychic impact, this stare has a paralyzing effect. We have thus decided to name this type of attack as the Ninja Original Invasive Psychic Stare.
There was further investigations and one of the crew had and encounter with this interesting creature.

As can be seen the creature looks like a cat, kind of, and really can jump. Then that stare, seems to catch your eye and draw you in. Initial sightings were from a distance and observers did not let it get too close.
I hope you enjoyed the show. It was fun to create and imagine the creature moving around and doing its special attack. The video may be a little less crisp than you would like. You may also want to know how it was made, and hear the ending sound effect.

I love it! It's adorable but I'm feeling some type of way after being stared at by it! This post feels like a proper bestiary entry for the elusive Nianuo. Maybe the soundtrack should be the meme song "Nyan Cat" haha! It's rather fitting, maybe in name only. Great entry.

My wife said, "You made that?" I said, "Yes from scratch". She also liked the stare and thought it was cute.
There is so much I could have done, I wanted a sound track of the guy looking at the cat and talking with the main ship / mission leader. I had it so it was looking through a helmet kind of with grid built into the screen. Then, I could not figure out how to add the sound track. Or how to mix the sound track onto / into the video. This production stuff has many pieces to it and I will need to learn a few things to produce more advanced stuff. I had to cut out some of the stuff I created.
Oh no! Cut content! It sounds like it was quite the ambitious project. Well, you must be very proud of your hard work. I appreciate you taking the time to enter our community contest.
