These are some tips on how to share content and add value:

  • Using a few sentences from your source in “quotes.” Use HTML tags or markdown ">" before the quote.

If it is becoming pile of crap, it is because of spammers like you that recycle-spam their content in rotating manner using multiple accounts trying to exploit the reward pool every time.
