Perhaps! I know that "shvarse khasene" referred to a few different rituals that involved weddings and ceremonies, beyond the plague-stopping one -- for example, if a bride died just before getting married and they would still conduct the ceremony between the groom and the bride's spirit. But I wouldn't be surprised if this tune, or other klezmer songs, were played for Harry and Fanny!
