RE: Even 'bad' curation will benefit Steem more than before.

First of all, get well soon!
Secondly a question about the linear reward curve! While I know that I do have to live with it, the linear reward curve drives people to only upvote post which do get above the linear reward curve.
If I would find a great article of an author with only little support and I do give my 100% upvote (which should be worth a miserable $0.05), the author only gets max 50% of the upvote (before curation) besides his post didn't reach the reward curve. But if I would upvote a post which already did pass the linear reward curve, my 100% upvote would be worth the 100% of $0.05.
This feels completly wrong and forces people who do want to earn a decent curation reward to autovoting post from well known authors, which always do pass the linear reward curve.
It feels that there is no incentive anymore to discover freshly and decent new content.

Any ideas about this?

Cheers,
Peter
