Good content does not exist

Of course it exists. There might be some subjectivity but there is content that rises to the top because enough people have the perception that it is good. Saying it does not exist sounds like a 'cop-out' for coasting and not striving for greatness.

You also mention consistency. Consistency is more than just showing up. Consistency is about showing up and delivering to a consistent standard. I have written for journals and presented at conferences across the world. If I slack off, I don't get published, I don't get to present my work.

The same attitude should apply to Steem. I create analytical economic posts and videos. I could post preachy garbage instead. If I did I would lose the respect of my followers as well as my rewards.
