Good day. My weight was 120 kg. I was very helped by the diet, which I will talk about. I started with 24 hours of hunger. The next day, 20 minutes before meals, I drank two glasses of ordinary water. So taking three meals a day, I did not forget to drink water before eating. Then for 2 hours you can not drink liquids. The results struck me. My weight is 81 kg. Thanks for the nice post. Good luck and patience
