Here is a little guide for applying eyeshadow on the blue eyes. Follow the instructions given here to get a perfect look.

1. Prime Your Eyes First
   Prime your eyelids and underneath your eye by applying a color-correcting concealer.

2. Shape and Fill Your Brows
   Fill your brows with the color matching your eyebrow hairs.

3. Apply The Eyeshadow Base
   Apply a matte brown base color to the lower half of your lids by using a flat eyeshadow brush and then blend it up to the crease.
