TWO DAYS of being denied access to my FACEBOOK Account and pages, and despite having sent communications to Facebook several times now, I still have not had a communication from an actual human being.
I am beginning to feel like that poor guy in "The Castle" by Franz Kafka.
If I lose my account, I lose complete access to two groups I have lovingly nurtured for years, to which I am the sole admin.
It is freaky and horrible how we are now so dependent on these megalithic/ monolithic organisations, but when something goes wrong, we cannot reach anyone who can be held to account.
How did we let this happen?
And what are we going to do to change things?
