The situation re Syria clearly demonstrates the divide between Trump and the deep state. Unfortunately I believe that the deep state (with the important additional players of MI6 and Mossad) have dug their claws into Syria. There are at least two if not three bases now being built on the Eastern bank of the Euphrates. They are looking to turn Syria into a divided country (sound familiar?), and it means they are closer to Iran for future action. Hopefully it will turn against them and the warring factions in Syria discover they actually can agree on one thing - they want the Americans out.
