I disagree not sure how they came up with this. Turkey more dangerous than Syria for a tourist woman I don`t think so. Then you have war torn African countries like D R Congo and Rwanda too.

absolutely @makkizakki turkey was in the first rank of the most dangerous country because of the recent January attack which lead/ caused the spread of harassment of women.
I think Saudi Arabia mistreat women worse than they probably do in Turkey.
everywhere and where ever the places no matter what country, there are people who abuse women but according to my research turkey is now in the first rank because of the terrorist attacks in that country
Turkey has only had 2 terrorist attacks in 2017. In England this year we have had more terrorism than Turkey.
