The feast day of the Assumption of Mary celebrates the Christian belief that God assumed the Virgin Mary into Heaven following her death It is celebrated on or around August 15 in many countries, particularly in parts of Europe and South America. It's also called the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God (in the eastern countries), or the Feast of the Assumption.9813b88200d672400d0eab029d82ae6b.jpg

It's not a Christian belief that God took Mary to heaven. It's not found in the Bible. It's a belief of Catholicism but Catholicism is not Christianity.

Catholicism teaches that you're saved by infant baptism, works, and obedience to church rules. Christianity teaches that we're saved by faith alone in Christ alone guided by the Bible alone.

She's not the mother of God. She was the mother of Jesus' earthly body. Jesus existed in heaven for eternity before he was born in Bethlehem. She's not holy. Only God is holy.

Can't argue with you. If thats ur belief fine, i know my catholic doctrine very well i strongly belief in her teaching.
