Living the high life, man! Two quick points, 1. I guess walking is already out the window? and 2. With your little one, in Florida our kids are always used to being outside and backyards are great! You could get one hell of a house for 10g's a month! It is awesome though!

Happy Grocery shopping. Miami is a mass melting pot of people. There is a lot of different people and that is a cool place. I love South Beach, it is so pretty and the water is so clear. Great place to visit. It is a very busy place to live that is for sure. I do not envy you when it comes to traffic.

Looks like your wife likes to cook. I do too! Next time she feels like driving to the market, maybe she would like to check out Fresh Market. It's kinda like whole foods but better in my experience (the atmosphere is warmer and the food is even fresher). It's probably a 10 minute or less drive from where you guys are staying on Brickell. Welcome to South Florida! The traffic sucks.

Check out the Whole Foods downtown, they validate parking, but make sure you choose the right garage. Expensive prices, but our family treats it more like a restaurant.

If you're new to Publix, the spring water is the #1 item my family buys in the store. One of the few where you can check the source from the website. No fluoride, chlorine, or chloramines like we get in most of the tap water down here in South Florida.

If you eat organic, be aware that not all of those "greenwise" products are organic. Learn to read the ingredients people and take back your health!
