At the age, when we become 12-13 our internal system get hijacked by some hormones and it is very hard to get out of it, yes, it is natural. One can't stop natural phenomenon unless we put a cap to control it in a very proper manner. We should teach them as how to control such natural phenomenon and be more focused on the way they choose to follow. In present day some may advice that every educational institutions should teach about sexuality education, but putting sexuality education on the curriculum is not a proper solution, I think so. We put sexuality education in curriculum, but do we put some basic teachings to stabilize our hormones ? I think no. What we do is, we just appoint and print some books to teach sexuality education, and yes, this would not going to work properly. Unless and until, according to me, meditation and some inner engineering put into our curriculum none of such programs will gonna work in a very efficient manner. As meditation is for inner well being and stabilizes you by many percent. It is my personal view.

putting sexual education in a institutionalized class is never the right thing to do.. though it should not be tabooed, it should be personal, every child have different reaction and level of understanding of their bodies and sexuality..
Yeah, it is true that every child have different reaction and level of understanding of their bodies and sexuality, but, these understanding could be altered, as we all have chemical basis of life and it could be altered through inner science.
