Second I wanna shout to this beautiful lady in the first photo!. She was my grandma, Ruby, the one who always had the best apples! Today’s her birthday!! This year she’s been heavy on mind. Honestly I’ve been eating so many as apples lately... I’m starting to wonder if that’s not some of the memory trigger. Plus they say when you eat an apple a day you get to keep the doctor away!! LOL!
You see she was blind, so she never actually seen me. But she always told me how beautiful I was. 🖤 She always knew when I was there, she’d sit me down and tell me stories.. tell me how ornery my daddy was when he was little! Lol. If she didn’t have her special apples, she had bananas!. I miss her dearly. Today holds a special spot in my heart. 🖤 I can’t wait for the day I get to see her again and get those hugs.. heck maybe she’ll even have an Apple waiting for me. Lol.
