Because he sounds like an ultra-POS who's in that class of "I beat or rape my kids because I'm drunk or bored" category, if you do actually want to "pound him" I can give a plan of operations.
You can't just do it out-front, being revolutionary I'd probably just go on a trip out of town to see a family member, and by a family memeber I mean their "dad," and plant something nasty in his house or fuck him up so he is no longer an issue. Fighting visitation rights is hard unless a child is about 10-11+, although at 8-9 you may have a fighting chance if they agree to say they don't want visitation.

I got into crypto to remove him from the equation.......if we are being honest, then as ive made more and more money, and realized that life in prison would suck, i called my thinking. But the guy is a real piece of work. I almost showed up Christmas dressed as SAnta to beat him down in front of my kids and his kids and his wife, after he threatened to get his daughter kicked out of school, bc his break and our thanksgiving break weren't the same amount of time. Who does something like that. I really just wanna leave a usb of all his abuse in the kids bag and hopefully she would find it.......but parts of me thinks shes just as disturbed. Shes a wedding photographer, but she is constantly posting like sexy pregnant photos on facebook, that are extremely inappropriate. What kind of pictures is she taking of my kids, if shes posting shit like that.
Avoiding prison is easy for any crime, the problem is actually committing it.
If the kids don't like him I'd honestly just call up and file multiple complaints with CPS against him, or break into his house and plant some child porn or the like and get him swatted.
But if the kids do genuinely like him, maybe he's not as dangerous/bad as I'm thinking. Usually they know; so if they don't like him, I'd roast him.
The kids have hidden in the closet with a tablet, trying to call us to pick them up. They are good for a couple weeks. But he's been taking almost 2 months in the summer time......They have stuff they want to do locally......if you lived in HIlton Head, would you want to spend a summer in Akron?
