joalvarez? What I found particularly disturbing was the social services agency in my local area used to advertise in the jobs section of my area's local newspaper for foster parents. That made no sense to me. If people who are unemployed are looking for work, they're not going to make the best candidates as foster parents. Moreover, they probably wouldn't even be interested in becoming foster parents, because they're looking for full-time employment and wouldn't have time to look after kids. However, that's the insanity that is the government. Always putting themselves first before the safety of the kids in the foster care system. That is so wrong. Luckily, that same newspaper went belly up, and the advertisements, therefore, stopped.
