He probably has a way of altering his appearance with makeup and things, because he knows that there are people who hate him and would go after him. I agree with you that his looks may not attract women, but his characteristic as a smooth talker is likely how he suckers them into getting involved with him. That characteristic alone makes him even more dangerous of a person.
