Feel free to speculate in the comment section below why you think many lawyers don't give out proper counsel that will best protect a client's interest in these types of cases.
My understanding is that, in all cases (not just CPS cases), attorneys are contracted through the BAR into the corporate jurisdiction and can only deal with corporations. If they violate this they can have their license revoked, be arrested on the spot, etc. This means they are subject to all color-of-law rules (statutes, regulations, executive orders, all victimless laws without a valid contract, etc). Now as we all know the game is rigged so, for example, they are able to suppress evidence and restrict access to a jury trial. This is only true for "color-of-law" cases where there is a valid contract to give up rights (which may include but not limited to constitutional rights).
SO: They can't deal with "men" and "women" .. Your constitutional rights depend on you acting like a man or woman. You can't contract with an attorney without giving up those rights. End of story.
David Straight goes into great detail to explain this. This involves a success CPS story too. If you want to win your CPS cases, I recommend seriously studying this route. This is clearly the way to go in my opinion.

David may not say it, but the core concepts are international. If your not in the USA I recommend to still watch it. You'll start getting the big picture and, if your like me, hours of study will seem like minutes and you'll find you just can't get enough. You can get the concept of jurisdiction and you'll likely find people practicing this in your country.
