Local Media in Illinois Exposing Medical Kidnapping by Child Abuse Specialists

in #familyprotection6 years ago (edited)

Is there "liberty and justice for all" in America? Or are some "more equal than others", as Orwell's Animal Farm describes the tendency for societies to develop inequality and injustice. Sure, some people may have more than others, but that's not injustice in most cases of honest work to achieve success in the world.

But when the principles liberty and justice are being trampled on, it tends to get people to stand up and push back against the tyranny. Movies like Braveheart (and others) show the long ongoing battle we've had in our twisted human history to fight for justice and freedom. Innocent people shouldn't have to suffer injustice, as it's "better that a guilty man go free than an innocent man be convicted", a principle the Founding Fathers tried to cement into the justice system.

However, child welfare and family courts are failing families across the nation as they tear innocent families apart, rather than make sure they are actually guilty of anything before doing damage. Child "Protective" Services are part of the authoritative structure that allows this to happen. But there are also a group of doctors, who despite claiming to "first do no harm", are sometimes doing great harm to families. These are the Child Abuse Pediatricians.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) creates policies for hospitals, doctors and child protection agencies to follow. In order for their existence to have merit, there is a tendency to make child abuse cases exist in order to justify this as a medical specialty requires being sustained. Many doctors, whoever, disagree with claims that various doctors make regarding alleged child abuse.

25 News in Peoria, Illinois did a 2-part Special Report (1, 2)on innocent parents who are falsely accused by over-zealous doctors who orchestrate the medical kidnapping of their children.

A local hospital (OSF St. Francis) was investigated, as it "reported" on average 20 cases of alleged child abuse or neglect each month. That's a high number. Either that community has a real parenting problem and the hospital is fighting abuse, or something is off with misdiagnoses and medical errors in judgment, or something more sinister is happening with the power of authority that doctors have over the lives of families, parents and children. Reporter Tyler Lopez asks:

But what if some of those abuse cases were misdiagnosed or the result of a medical condition?

But that's justifiable to many doctors, as they consider the price paid by parents who get victimized as worth it in their "fight against child abuse", as Michelle Weidner, executive director of the Family Justice Resource Center puts it:

"Wrongful allegations are often considered collateral damage in the fight against child abuse. And it’s often not taking into consideration the impact that wrongful allegations have on families."

She knows the pain all too well, as a misread CT Scan had a doctor accuse her of child abuse:

"When they did the CT scan he moved in the machine, which resulted in a blurred line, and that blurred line was misdiagnosed as a skull fracture.... And the child abuse pediatrician told investigators that there was no other explanation than blunt force trauma"

A doctor in one case even told parents who had been falsely accused but later admitted his error, that they were "taking a hard hit for the greater good" in the fight against child abuse. And this collateral damage is ongoing, as 25 News reported on the story of Baby Chandler.

Some children have medical conditions that make them prone to injury whereas other children wouldn't have the same level of trauma. Chandler is such a case. His broken bones weren't caused by parental abuse, but from an accidental fall and his fragile bones. Despite Chandler being born premature, with a hole in his lung, and spending weeks at the hospital, the pediatrician didn't take note when the parents mentioned his odd ankles. Instead, Dr. Channing Petrak, Child Abuse Pediatrician, accused them of abuse and took their child away through DCFS.

The proof for this was all from X-rays about fractured ribs. Apparently, this idiot of a pediatrician is the same one who misread the CT scan in Michelle Weidner's child and subsequent false allegation. Chander's parents, the Cradys, contacted a specialist in radiology named David Ayoub, M.D. he condluded:

"There’s no question in my mind that they were abnormal bones, bones that showed fragility."

Instead of rushing to the conlucsion that Chandler was being abused, and medically kidnapping him from his parents, Ayoub made a real medical diagnosis that the child had a metabolic bone disease, possibly infantile rickets. The fractured ribs that showed healing in X-rays were likely caused by the birthing process, not from abuse which there was no real evidence of.

"Now, Chandler had x-rays at birth which is a little bit unusual. Why? Because he had a long injury at birth, which is one of the first clues that his ribs might’ve been injured at birth. If the ribs are weak at birth and the child passes through the birth canal what happens is those ribs don’t hold up so they are pushed into the one tissue with much greater force than they would otherwise."

Many children have unfortunate conditions like infantile rickets, osteogenesis imperfecta, collagen disorders such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, or other brittle bones condition. But idiotic so-called "experts" in "child abuse" can't seem to do their job to actually diagnose medical conditions. How this Dr. Petrak be an expert if he can't even diagnose children's conditions? How can he really be an expert to diagnose child abuse?

This explains why there was a punctured lung to begin with. But looking at the evidence wasn't done by the "child abuse specialist". Luckily in the end, Chandler's parents got him back, yet had to suffer at the hands of a system out of control. The other story covered by 25 News had harsher consequences for the father who lost time with his children, as he also spent 2 year sin prison for a crime that didn't happen.

Essentially, his 3 month old daughter was gasping for breathe in her crib. After 911 picked her up, doctors found out she had bleeding in her brain. Again, Dr. Petral to the "rescue" of the child, accused the father of child abuse and had the baby medically kidnapped.

The 19-year-old father was arrested and taken to jail and coerced into signing a confession. He thought he did "something" to cause it, but didn't know what that "something" was. He then spent 2 years in jail without trial for "something" he was coerced into saying he did just because he didn't know what could have happened and blamed himself.

"That’s 2 1/2 years I’ll never get back I had to reestablish the relationships with my children. Man, I lost a lot. I lost my home, I lost two jobs, I lost my marriage, my father passed when I was there."

Diane Redleaf, an attorney in Chicago, says shs's worked on about 70-100 cases for families who have been accused of child abuse when the child had medical condition that were mistaken for abuse.

"I believe any family could be subject to something like this and people need to basically have a wake-up call that this is occurring."

The medical class of society has a lot of power of the lives of families, as do courts and agencies like CPS. These authorities need to know what they are talking about, not just make claims of abuse to justify stealing children from loving families, and further traumatizing them and their parents. Getting it wrong isn't just collateral damage, or "taking one for the greater good". It's a grave injustice being imposed on families. Parents and their children don't deserve this treatment.

or something more sinister is happening with the power of authority that doctors have over the lives of families, parents and children.

I will go with this option. Doctors have become the new priests and act like it. Doling out their poisons as they sit atop their medical thrones, they really believe they are above the average person. The police have nothing on this group when it comes to arrogance and us verse them mentality. They have been shielded in much the same ways that government personnel are, between release forms, insurance to handle those pesky accidents if they have an off day or worse. Good luck finding lawyers or other doctors who will roll against one of them personally. It is hard enough to prove medical malpractice and if you do, they pay the premiums to cover it.

I say it often on your posts, but it is apparent to me that none of this changes at the ballot box except to get more bizarre in bad ways. Accountability needs to be forced on these people. Naming them, shaming them. Make those coming behind them in these positions think twice about the idea they are immune to the consequences of doing evil on their community for some extra federal reserve notes in their bank accounts.

Some certainly get stuck up into the hierarchical model of looking down on others. Do you really think it's worse than with police? Hmm.... I'm not sure. The blue code is pretty strong, but so is the white-coat code, as they both frown on exposing misconduct and protect the "family" they belong to. Yes, naming and shaming by exposing their dirty behavior is the way to get social accountability when justice fails.

Child Abuse Pediatrician?? Doesn't look like an idiot to me... on the contrary, this guy seems quite a pro at 'diagnosing' child abuse and feeding children into the system! I wonder who pays such guys? Do they get their cut for every child removed from the parents? I have a feeling they do.... one way or the other.

Yes, it could very well be intentional. I thought calling him an idiot was the most generous way to describe him :P But it could very well be intentional to create chaos and get paid for it :/

Such "doctors" are not "idiotic", they are pitiless psychopaths who use their position to work for their masters lower down the food chain. How do so many mentally deviant "professionals" evade psychiatric treatment? ;-)

That could be the case, as the flagrant accusations are stupefying. There is some physical evidence, but jumping to abuse is myopic and biased at the least.

This is an expected consequence of a sociopolitical system that prohibits the exercise of centralized power. The various departments and bureaucracies exist for specific purposes, but the purposes must be clearly envisioned by a king with an iron fist. Allowed to operate without the authoritarian guidance of a king, the departments carve out fiefdoms within government bureaucracies and the social sphere. Securing funding and continued operation become the primary purpose of any unsupervised department. A strong king who governs with an iron fist will solve much of the problems resulting from bureaucratic excesses. "Reform" of departments and systems of operation, in the absence of a ruler's iron fist, always creates even more problems and corruption.

Maybe this can help you see things differently...

The presenter of the video assumes that a king is a reformer. Reformers and do-gooders have no business in positions of power, as they are always losers who can not govern their own lives, attempting to change the universe to mitigate their misery. Much of the drones are essentially reformers, who thankfully lack any influence or power to cause much harm to the world and society. Humanity's greatest evils are perpetrated by reformers and do-gooders in their "war" against poverty, inequality, discrimination, etc. Reformers are those fools that would destroy the entire sociocultural matrix in order to assuage their hurt feelings.

A king is as bound to the duties, obligations, and reality of his position as any of his subordinates and the mass drones. A true king is he who has mastered his base impulses and vices. A king, and the ruling elite, are trained in the art of governance. Life is unequal and misery is part of reality. Our masters' duties are not to create some communal utopia of free food and plentiful booze. The primary purpose of the ruler is to maintain social order and ensure sociocultural continuation. The video presenter, like most drones, has little understanding of power and its uses, and only evaluates all the obtuse uses of power. He lacks the fundamental understanding of inaction. Allow the drones to determine greater social policies, and the society will degenerate into a Marxist shithole, with epsilon morons in charge of sociopolitical decisions.

Nope it didn't help this slave....lol
