This rule is very clearly stated in Alex´ pdf about the train.
Didn´t you read that one in the beginning to understand what you sign up for?
But since I am the only law-abiding citizen on that train, nobody else cares. 😪
Anarchy is absence of rulers, not of rules. 😘

    That pdf is like an ico whitepaper, from dyno times in crypto timescale. The current voting regulation is NOBODY HAS TO VOTE ANYBODY afaik.
