The horrors stories about CPS lies and intransigence just seem to never cease. Fortunately though, if you live in the Houston, Texas area, something seems (finally) to be happening to shine the light of truth into the dark corners of "Child Protective" "Services" (CPS) deception. There is a "Juvenile Court" Judge down there named Michael Schneider, who has apparently had enough, and for the second time in a few years he is laying the lumber to the CPS house of cards.
(Judge Michael Schneider.)

I LOVE JUSTICE!!! Why? Well...I am commanded to, actually: “He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” --Micah 6:8. But, just like the ever-popular "instant justice" videos where everybody cheers when the driver who is acting erratically or speeding excessively gets pulled over right in front of them, seeing CPS "workers" caught, dead to rights, just warms the cockles of this old patriot's heart.
GOD BLESS TEXAS. Apparently, the Constitution is not completely dead yet in certain corners of our once-great nation, and this judge ordering CPS workers to write essays about how to act Constitutionally a few years ago is one great example of that. Unfortunately, this type of "justice loving" is still far to rare, and we are right back to the same judge this past couple of weeks, teaching CPS how it should be done (if it has to be done at all.)
Here is an excerpt:
"This past Thursday, Schneider went himself one better. In a completely different case, he ordered the agency to pay two parents $127,000 for the wrongful taking of their children, withholding evidence and lying under oath. He also ordered the Harris County (Houston) CPS to create, within two weeks, new caseworker training to avert such outrages in the future...
CPS concluded that Melissa and her husband Dillon were child abusers and forced the kids to live with their grandmother. Eventually, medical experts determined that Mason had a clotting disorder that lead to the bleeding in his brain, but CPS ignored the finding. Not content with breaking up the family for dubious reasons, CPS proceeded to place Mason’s physical well-being in jeopardy."
Melissa and Dillon's case is like so many others. Reading it--with the swapping of a few details--is like revisiting the dozens of cases where CPS has lied, and fallen into throes of anxiety (and illegal activity) in their rush to cover up their misdeeds--especially when they remember which judge's jurisdiction they fall under. I'll let you read the gruesome details of their particular story for yourself at the link provided, should you care to do so.
However, as cheerful as these little anecdotes may be, we probably ought to be asking the far bigger question..."Why do we have special "courts" to being with? Back before the Nuremberg Trials at the end of WW II, we really didn't haven't all these special courts for this and that. COURT WAS COURT, and the rules of procedure, standards for determining guilt or innocence, sentencing procedures, etc., etc., were all pretty well uniform and well-established from one locale to another. "CPS" has brought with it all sorts of perturbations of the normal operation of our Constitutional Republic, and that alone should be causing the good people of America to re-assess and to ask "WHY?" on a far more frequent basis.
We do not need "family courts" or "juvenile courts" or "traffic courts," and blah, blah, blah. We need everyone in every situation when they are accused of something to be able to know: 1> what to expect, and when to expect it, 2> who will represent them, 3> what rights they have, and 4> MOST IMPORTANTLY, that they will have proper access to ALL information that will be exculpatory or helpful in their own defense.
Kudos to this one Texas judge.
NOW, let's take his example and repeat it a THOUSAND TIMES over across the length and breadth of the nation. THEN, let's abolish family court and juvenile court altogether.
No one, except the criminal abusers at CPS, will miss them.
I can promise you that.
Only in recednt decades
God bless everyone involved with @familyprotection!
There is nothing more corrupt in this entire world than 'family court'.
Some years ago, I gained custody of my eldest son, and his mother's parental rights were terminated for cause. I went to Harris County and retrieved him. Shots were fired at me and my son. Harris County deputies arrested me for kidnapping. High speed chases, and all the drama you could care to imagine ensued.
The next day I left Texas with my son, and was happy that the Harris County courts weren't as corrupt and abusive as thugs with badges.
I do hope that such lawful government as may yet exist in Harris County will prevail. As for me, I never did, and never will, go back. Today my son is strong and successful. I am sure had I not acted lawfully and in complete adherence to just principles his fate might well have been different.
Every possible evil CPS might have undertaken I encountered. Texas Father's for Equal Rights stood by me, and my son. I hope they still are available to families that run afoul of the Chthonic pustulence that is CPS in Harris County today, because without their help and kindness, my family might have broken on the wheel of bureaucratic torment.
Thanks!
WOW! Thanks for sharing this, v-c! God bless you for your courage and your correct sense of the higher "right."
The award should have been greater, and if not 'promptly' complied with...responsible culprits should be hogtied, dragged into the brush and left there. Of course they should be fired from there jobs first...in case they survive and report back into their jobs at the County Offices...
Oh yeah...how about suing the County as well, or bringing other charges against 'those' individuals?
Just thinking out loud...perhaps I'm just to harsh on predatory beasts...???
I love the sentiment. Unfortunately, they probably singed a release at the time of the agreement for the $127K.
Yes...they probably 'did' sign a release. I was probably only 'venting' anyway :>)
Good to hear about this Texas judge.
Be the good example! ;)
Keep on protecting your family &
spread the word.... great stuff!
Thanks, Luca. Much appreciated!
Keep on & Stay strong ;)
Thanks, man. You too!

THANKS SOOOOOO MUCH!
Reading your article made me think of something I watched recently by Max Igan about children that he belieived had been kidnapped by authorities around the world about 120 years ago to be shipped around the world to be used to clean up mud floods that had been created to wipe out civilisations and knowledge. Pretty out there I know but it certainly made me think and I will be doing more digging and visiting some of the websites he recommended.
Here's the video in case you were interested

The fact that we have got to a point where we are gratefully happy when judges issue verdicts that simply ignore the problem and order 'training' is a problem for me. The corruption in the system comes from the top down and the system comprises both the government child protection agencies and the juditiary. In my opinion, if the judge who issued the verdict stood any chance of becoming a threat to those that really hold the reigns of power, by threatening to expose the global child traficking operation that exists to, amongst other things, ensure the elite scum have leverage over their puppets to maintain their control, he would never have been made a judge in the first place.
All presidents are selected not elected and until sufficient numbers of people take time out from publishing mundane deatils about their lives on Facebook and start finding out about how all the wars are bankers wars and there really is a conspiracy and they are part of it, we are heading quickly into a bleak future. The sad thing is that when we get there, most will be so brainwashed and conditioned they will be grateful for it.
I see you quoted Micah 6:8. I'm not a religious man but I do think that if everyone followed teachings of Jesus the world would definately be a better place.
I read a quote the other day from Pope John Paul the 1st. I only found out yesterday that he was only in power for 33 days (yes that's right 33 !!) before he died of a heart attack.
You'll almost certainly be aware of this bit of history but here's the quote.
Great post as always.
Sorry for the off topic and rambling reply
Jim, you know your input is always appreciated and highly valued. I did NOT know about either the thing about "mud floods" or about the displaced pope who complained about church opulence..
I will look more into both.
Thanks, my friend!
sir mepatriot! wow I sure hope some of the other judges across the country are watching this and seeing that this judge is right!
I sure hope his actions become a habit for the whole country too, Jon.
Yeah and I'm thrilled to see that he's operating in Texas, he looks pretty young, I hope he stays here his whole career.
Let's hope he clones himself about a thousand times.
exactly! lol.
