Someone else here said that CPS gets reimbursed matching funds on the back end (much like the Department of Child Support does), therefore they are motivated for breaking up families.
What's appalling is that some of these CPS workers literally believe they are doing good, that by doing these things, they are "helping" the children. They believe they are doing good at their job and helping society.
Finding any little excuse though to pounce -- because you have to meet a deadline or a benchmark? Despicable. (if there were a spitting emoji, I would insert one here!)
