Hello! I understand, that both kindergartens and schools have already received the installation of juvenile justice. I think, they were instructed to report any child, who came in with a bruise. The problem is, that CPS immediately takes the child from the family. No explanation, no investigation, no trial. And what is the actual deal? There's bruising. All the stories are alike as two drops of water. The child receives a bruise in the course of the game, drop and come with a black eye in kindergarten or school. The caregiver or teacher calls to the CPS with reporting about child abuse. It's done. Often in such cases, the CPS takes the rest of the children away from the family too. As a precaution. And suddenly they are exposed to beatings? Suddenly sounds very powerful, isn't it? There is one small detail - medical examination can determine, whether the bruise was obtained as a result of beatings or as a result of something else. So why CPS does not carry out this examination in each case? Examination is carried out, if the case is made public in the media or parents are too active.
Here's an example. In the city Achinsk the 4 old boy was withdrawn from a foster home, because the guardian was suspected of cruel treatment of the child, though the boy denied the fact of beatings. During the CPS proceedings, the boy was sent to a government agency. The guardian wrote a complaint on the official website of the Russian Ombudsman. The inspection conducted by law enforcement, and medical examination confirmed the words, that the bruising is a result of hyperactivity of the child and are not beating. The prosecutor's office supported the conclusion of law enforcement agencies. Nevertheless, the guardianship authorities delayed the return of the child to the family. The situation changed after the appeal to the commissioner under the president of the Russian Federation on the rights of the child.
Another story occurred in the city Surgut of the Tyumen region. After complaints from the kindergarten teacher CPS was removed from the family three adopted children for bruises. Children are triplets and they were in the same group in the kindergarten. When the CPS came to the family with the police, they wanted to take a little daughter, who had not yet gone to kindergarten. Although she didn't have bruises. Suddenly. We remember that wording. Miraculously, the police have to be vigilant, and forbidden to pick up a little girl for no reason. After that, the parents made the story public and an examination was carried out, which confirmed the absence of beatings. The children were returned to the family. And I can write a lot of such stories. There are stories with an unhappy ending, when the children were not returned to the family.
The scheme is the same everywhere. And how many such cases, about which we do not know? After these stories, the parents began to spread in social networks photos of bruising in children with a hashtag #when they come for us #bruises there is have all. After all, we are well aware, that the child is a small bomb, that is teeming with energy. It is very simple to get bruised during the game or when the child is just running around the apartment. When I was little, we lived in the garden all summer and my whole body was covered with bruises and abrasions because of the bike, climbing trees, falling on the stones. My daughter is 1.7 years old. A week ago, I was cooking in the kitchen, she was playing in the room. Suddenly I heard a loud cry, I ran to check, what had happened, but when my daughter saw me - she smiled and continued to play. After a while, I joined her and saw a huge lump on her nose. I can't even imagine, where she could be hurt, because I removed all the dangerous and sharp objects and furniture from the room a long time ago. Now her face flaunts the perfect blue-yellow bruise. Soon I need to go to the hospital with my daughter and I hope, that the bruise will be gone by this time. Of course there are children, who are subjected to domestic violence, but just a bruise without clarification and without evidence can not cause the withdrawal of the child from the family.
Finally, today, 28 March, Russia declared a day of mourning after the terrible fire in shopping center in the city Kemerovo. It makes you even fearful to even have children. Or may be that is the plan. Yes it is this way everywhere. You said so right about a shadow government, to the point! The worst thing is, that the CPS does not make expertise in each case to determine, whether a bruise is obtained as a result of beatings or as a result of the game. They only do that, when they're pressured. At this rate, soon any ban may also be a cause for removal of the child from the family!
