Hello! I have often heard stories, where women and their children are not protected in a foreign country. Today I want to talk about such examples. About each case posted a lot of information, I decided to collect several stories in one place. In fact, almost all of these stories can be traced to one pattern: almost all the victims and separated from their children women, were strangers in the country, where they had this trouble. Although there are other and also quite wild examples of how "interesting" laws are dealt with and with their own citizens.

The business on the selection of children (Finland)
In 2008, Finland adopted a new law, guided by which, the Finns immediately withdraw the child from the family, and then deal with the situation.
Finnish human rights activist Johan Backman said in General, that in their country to pick up Russian women have children – almost the business. There is information, that ornage care get money for every "saved" the child, the completion of the budget also receives the household that gets "adopted child" is from 1000 euros and up.
The Russian citizen Albina Kasatkina, has lived in Finland for 18 years, have lost their children due to the fact, that she allegedly beat them. This social workers reported the new lover of her ex-husband. Kasatkina believes, that in this way he just wants to deprive her children. Six-year-old son Lucas and five-year-old daughter Vivian were temporarily given in adopted family. Mothers are allowed to meet them once a month in the presence of social workers.
Rimma Salonen was deprived of the right to see her own child due to the fact, that in 2008, after divorce from a Finnish citizen, a Russian woman took her 5-year-old son Anton, who has Russian and Finnish citizenship, to Russia. And in 2009, several people, including the boy's father, abducted the child from Rimma and took him back to Finland. The court of the Finnish city of Tampere regarded the removal of the child to Russia as kidnapping and imprisonment and sentenced Rimma Salonen to 1.5 years of suspended imprisonment and monetary compensation for moral damage to his son in the amount of 20 thousand euros. The right to custody of the child was transferred to the former husband. The court allowed Rimma Salonen to see my son only twice a month, accompanied by representatives of the police and social workers.
In 2010, Inga Rantala was accused of beating her son, who was taken to a shelter in Turku, because they considered the child's stay in the family dangerous. The reason was the boy's story that his mother slapped him.
A month later, the child ran home. The parents refused to return their son voluntarily to the shelter and closed with him in their home. The Russian children's Ombudsman Pavel Astakhov intervened in the conflict, who managed to persuade the Finnish social service not to take the child from the family in exchange for close control of social workers over the situation in the family, which was called "the plan of a happy life".
The grandson of Clara Sitnova-Toivonen appeared in Finland in 2006. Grandmother, who lived there for 10 years, became his guardian. Three years later, after Finnish social services decided to take the child because of his father's death there was a psychological problem, Clara had transported the boy to St. Petersburg. And he had only Russian citizenship. For this grandmother was put on trial, and then tried to evict from his home.
Valentina Putkonen was deprived in Finland of the right of custody of three of their children. The nightmare began after her divorce from her husband. Valentina says her father was setting up his daughter against her. He said, that if she was denied something-in varnish or new clothes – it is necessary to dial the number of social workers. "One day my daughter came home from school in a bad mood. I invited her to dinner, and she grabbed a bag of raisins in chocolate. We potrayals a bit and I took her to the bathroom to wash my hands (now I blame the fact that "violently dragged"). She had lunch, calmed down, and then she called the number dad gave her. Employees of social protection of children came and took her to the shelter, " explained Valentina. However, soon the girl ran away from the orphanage to the "bad" mother. But she was sent to Russia to the father, which he, according to Valentina, wanted. As indicated by the victims themselves, with Finnish women such numbers do not pass.
They do not take away children "in favor of men", they are not judged for "rough upbringing" guys, to be met by her daughters and sons requirements.
Forced sex education (Germany)
In the German city of Paderborn, two schoolchildren were deprived of their fathers by sending them to prison for trying to protect their children from "sex education" lessons, where the principle of "do everything that gives pleasure"is taught to children. On the same charge, Irena Vince, the mother of four children, was imprisoned. The media authorities reported that the arrested men will serve their sentence for the second time, and warned that they will be punished until their children pass the prescribed indoctrination. The case in Germany called into question one of the fundamental human rights – the right of parents to raise their children in accordance with their own moral standards, enshrined in the world Declaration of human rights.
Childbirth as a threat to life (USA)
In 2006, a woman whose name is hidden in the hospital of St. Barnabas naturally gave birth to a healthy girl. However, due to the fact that previously the mother of the newborn refused necessary medical caesarean section, the hospital filed a lawsuit on the fact of the threat to the life of the child. As a result of court proceedings, the guardianship authorities deprived the woman of parental rights, having separated her daughter from her mother for a long 5 years. The woman had to go to court for a long time to return the child.
Black stripe white (France)
After a divorce, the Frenchman Jean-Michel Andre and Russian Irina Belenkaya could not share a child. At first Andre in 2008 took out the daughter from Russia to France, and claimed that made it legally.
In March 2009, the girl returned from school with her father when they were attacked by three.
Two men beat up the father, and the woman who subsequently appeared her mother picked up the girl and took away. Blonde daughter were detained in Hungary while attempting to cross the Ukrainian border. The woman spent some time in Budapest prison, then the case was decided by compromise. Only here the child could not recover from the stress.
Lawful is absurd (Israel)
40-year-old Natalia Mumina came to Israel as a tourist. There she met an Israeli, and soon they were married. Was born the daughter Isabelle. Natalia received a residence permit. The procedure for obtaining citizenship in Israel is step-by-step and takes a long time: every year the husband had to confirm the validity of his marriage in the Ministry of internal Affairs. However, Natalia's husband turned out to be a fraud.
Soon it appeared under investigation and therefore, being in a pre-trial detention center in Russia, couldn't be once again to the Ministry of internal Affairs of Israel. As a result, Natalia immediately received a strict order: to leave Israel within 30 days. Moreover, she had to return to Russia without a daughter, since both parents had to be present to register the girl's passport. The benefit of Natalia's lawyer before the trial still managed to prove that in the interests of the child, who is a full citizen of the country, not to be separated from his mother and continue to live in Israel.
After reading such stories you begin to think. If you're not protected from guardianship in your home country ,then you can talk about other countries. This does not mean that you do not need to marry a foreigner or give birth to a child in another country, but you need to study the child protection system, laws to protect yourself and your child.

excellent article on protecting the children.
I can only say about the plight of women in other countries and the sorrow that is utterly senseless...we seem to forget that it was until the Suffrage Movement...there were animal shelters before there were a woman's shelter.
Thank you for your amazing commitment to life and truth.
LynnI found you by way of @Canadian-coconut.
Thank you for not walking by! I was always disgusted with such cases, and after the daughter was born, especially
And these are the reasons i counsel younger people who ask me for advice to never ever have sex, marry, or have a child. Until The Beast is eliminated it will be unwise to do any of those 3 things.
Thanks for comment! Unusual advice)
Yeah I know it's an extreme point of view but I have had extremely horrible experiences in my attempted motherhood and I see other people's attempts to peacefully maintain a family end extremely horribly also. I guess if I knew then what I know now, I would at least make sure I was completely off grid in a very remote location before attempting it.
I agree with you! Everyone is guided by their experience. I'm sorry, that you've had a negative experience in your life. Maybe your advice will help the others!
Given that social fabric and protective landscapes of countries echo indigenous value systems and immigrants embark upon the transit with an aura of expectations, assimilation takes its toll. Even a study of protections to be warranted to women and their children in a foreign land would leave overarching societal implications unaddressed. In sum, adjustment, protection, and success depend upon the collective care that the couple is ready to accord each other and their offspringsthank you @naditinkoff for the informative piece of advice on the critical issue that accompanies almost every dream of bright future.
I totally agree with you. I hope, that someday things will change for the better!
