Thank you, @hope777 for raising awareness about this issue. I talk about a couple of cases in the U.S. in which CPS allowed hospitals to kidnap kids. The story of Justina Pellitier, who had a mitochondrial condition reminded me of the case of Alfie Evans.

I also repeatedly tell my students, "If you don't know your rights, you don't have any!" Sadly, very few of my students over the years have been able to quote a single Article or Amendment to the US Constitution. Nearly all of them believe we live in a democracy (we don't- it's a republic according to Article 4, section 4 of the Constitution), so I teach them the difference between a democracy and a republic (in a democracy, rights are determined by majority opinion and sometimes it seems they can be granted and changed like the wind; in the U.S. republic, each individual has rights granted to him by his creator that cannot be taken away). Those rights include parental rights.

Thank you for commenting @poimenpost. I am glad that you are aware of this problem and that you talked about some cases. The more people know the better the chances for change.

Where can I read about these rights that are granted to a person by his creator? Is it in a law of the U.S?

The American Declaration of Independence(4 July 1776) states, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

Unfortunately, these rights are being threatened by Democracy- specifically under Article 29, sections 2 and 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which at first glance seems to allow rights to be determined by a democracy. A closer look at section 3 shows that ultimately the UN retains the authority to determine our rights if the majority opinion differs from UN goals.

So what we're faced with is mankind determining our rights rather than our Creator.

This is very interesting, also confirming that I think we are nearer to the last days. So the UN wants to govern the world. Then the anti-christ might come from there or an outsider which they will support. Thank you for the time you took to explain to me.
