Absolutely... You're a crypto savvy guy- what do you think about Smartcash? @lukestokes did a post about it and he's someone I trust, so I opened a wallet (which I haven't gotten up and running yet) But I'm thinking about grabbing 1000 of them.

The point about the SmartNodes looks intriguing, but I wouldn't go forward unless the coins are funded with prior profits (house money.)
Dash got to where it was by smart marketing: that's why Evan Duffield has been dumped on so much in Bitcointalk. Especially by the Monero folks: it's a legendary feud. Does Smartcash have a talented marketer/evangelizer?
Outside of people here on Steemit, I'm not sure. I figure if I can get in under a buck per, it's bound to go up. Also they have dividends for people with at least 1000. The have a faq page on their site. I've been keeping around $1500 on Bittrex to "play with". I started with $200. Plus I've got a BTC wallet closing in on 1/2 (Whopee). I wouldn't mind diversifying in something worthwhile. Like I said I trust @lukestokes judgement, he's a pretty smart guy- and honest!
