Tatiana is a Russian citizen. In Spain she is on the basis of a residence permit. About 15 years ago, she married a Spanish man there. The family had a son. The couple divorced two years ago. By agreement with her ex-husband, Tatyana left her 13-year-old son to live with him. The boy is a Spanish citizen and will not be able to leave the country with his mother without his father's approval.

Now the woman has a new family- after the divorce, she began dating a man from Ukraine. A year ago, Tatiana became pregnant from him, but they didn't register the marriage in Spain - they wanted to do it in Russia.

Tatiana and her man rents a house in Spain, but she is not employed by herself. CPS used this fact as one of reasons to take the baby away.

During the 8th month of pregnancy, premature birth began, and the boy was born in Spain. The woman wanted to give him birth in Russia but she didn't have time to come back to the Motherland.

This was the beginning of hell for Tatiana. The staff of the maternity hospital used various reasons not to give the baby to the mother. Later, the CPS also joined this outrage.

Such a notice on six pages with a digital signature was given to Tatyana in the local social service

The document refers to the beginning of the protection of Tatiana's minor son, who was born on September 15 in the Jaen hospital.
There are also facts from the life of a woman from the moment of her entry into Spain.

In the testimony of Tatyana, information is provided about her mother and father in Russia, about her work in a club in Spain and meeting her future husband, a wedding, the birth of her first child, the reasons for divorce etc.
It also clarifies that allegedly due to the woman's mental state, missed several hospital appointments during pregnancy, her personal, family, social and work dislocation, the lack of social and family support for a newborn baby, a dangerous situation is created, in connection with which the social service initiated the issue of his withdrawal.

No objective reasons, just a mix of facts from the biography!

Tatiana used all available means to fight for her son.
She applied to the embassy, wrote letters personally to the President of Russia, called on the media and bloggers to cover the situation, and only publicity helped to make this story scandalous and open to the public.

The Russian Embassy in Spain reacted and recognized the child as a citizen of Russia,

but it did not help - Spain continues to find reasons to leave the child and not give him back to the mother.

Now Tatiana is preparing a picket to defend her child.
This is her last hope ...
