RE: CPS & Child Trafficking Worldwide

I guess you cannot understand that saying 'the state' did something is an actual impossibility.

Only people can actually act, and claim it is on behalf of some other entity.

Consider carefully my example of @bob and me forming 'the state' and then bonking you on the head and taking your cash.

Did the state do that?

The state cannot act.

People claim it is the state. This allows them to escape culpability for their acts, which isn't just, and is complete fantasy.

It is not I who am modifying the facts. We have been misled, and we see the fat purse of the state as a prize to extract satisfaction from.

I do not say not to proceed to react on that basis, since the common agreement that liability is borne by the state is extant.

The reality is, however, that the people that harmed you, ordered you to be harmed, funded that harm, and intended that harm to you, are responsible.

Consider also, everyone is supposed, as you point out, to be citizens of the state. Even you.

Under that logic, you yourself, as a citizen of the state that you claim is responsible for harming you, bear an equal responsibility with every other citizen for harming you.

It's a tautology. Demonstrably false.

consider a lone mugger that writes a manifesto and proclaims he is 'the state' and then proceeds to shake you down.

Who is responsible?

The mugger.

It's muggers, all the way down.
