It's estimated that roughly 1 percent of the world population has autism spectrum disorder. There are millions of people who will be impacted by autism, either knowing someone close to them who has autism or finding themselves on the spectrum and dealing with their own developmental disability.
Many college graduates with autism struggle to find a job today and the job hunt is a serious struggle for thousands of other adults with autism too.

There are a number of programs and companies that have sought to help those adults with autism to find work and to become high-functioning people, but there are still many out there who need more assistance and who are still looking for work.
