Hello, dear Steemians, receive a big hug from me.
Definitely, a daily outing can be a trigger to start the machine of ideas to undertake the process of writing a post and confirms that if you carefully observe your environment, you will have diverse possibilities to start the process, so I recommend you always Write down ideas that arise at a certain moment.
Precisely, the publication that I bring you today, arises from a conversation I had with a neighbor about many things, but that, at some point, led us to the issue of detergents. She, among other things, insisted that I not spend more on these products and that I prepare my own ecological chlorine. This is not a new proposal in Venezuela, from a time here it is imperative, to develop one or another product. However, my surprise was not that she knew the process to do it, but where she extracted it from. She very determined to explain to me that the raw material was ash.
Yes, as you read it: ash. The truth of the case is that today I propose to explain how she did it, from the notes that she made me write down in a notebook. So start:
Materials:
Ash (amount needed)
Water
A deep container with lid preferably.
A cloth that allows you to sift.
Gloves, masks.
Preparation:
Sift the ash to clean it of any remaining wood. Once sieved, collect the ash and put it in the container, previously selected. Then, pour the hot water. If you use 1 kilo of ash, you must put two liters of water and stir several minutes. Next, cover the container. If you do not have, the lid is possible to use a cloth. Let it stand for 48 hours. After this time, filter the liquid obtained for that you will use a thin cloth. By doing that, you will appreciate a soapy texture that indicates that it is ready to use.
Then, proceed to package it. Try to use a container of another detergent, previously used, to avoid possible confusion and accidents. Always point to the contents of the container.
Done all the above, you will have your ecological chlorine to start using. This can be used to clean floors, whiten fabrics, sanitize kitchen utensils and other tasks.
Before finishing this publication, I want to tell you two things: the first, every day I am more surprised by the Venezuelan's capacity to face the situation that we are currently experiencing. The second, if you are very sensitive to this type of products, wear a mask and gloves to prevent accidents, the whiter the ash, the product obtained will be better.
It is never too much to try other options.
Thanks for passing and reading!
