Sheep farming in Nigeria is very lucrative but the issue lies in the details. In my village, we wean our sheep locally by open grazing. We take them out in the morning and then we bring them back by sunset. The issue is taking care of their health because any little disease can kill them. My grandma really thrived during her sheep farming days in my childhood , although she's no longer has the capacity to do so anymore, I miss those open grazing days. Nice informative post @abiye.
