Not all citizens of the world currently have the monetary resources when it comes to having access to medicines, and even more so when pharmaceutical laboratories increase the costs of medicines every day, just as many can not access them because they live in remote places and they are very difficult to move to the cities, friends, today I want to plant in you this new and very beneficial option, such as green pharmacies.
The green pharmacies consist of the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants, they can be done directly on the ground or in pots, depending on the size of the space they have to carry out this project.
I tell you that in the community where I live we have made our own garden of medicinal and aromatic plants, we have done very well since we have seen the positive impact of these, when fighting some of the most common health ailments that we present.
The plants that we decided to grow have been suggested by the neighbors, since at some point they have been effective when it comes to healing some health conditions. In our case we took two small extensions of land that were idle of 3 square meters each, that we have in the front yard and planted the following plants:
Lemongrass: ideal plant to relieve flatulence, indigestion and stomach pains. This also has a great digestive power and even in some places it is used as a flavoring in the kitchen and as a perfume.
Melissa: Ideal as a natural tranquilizer, digestive problems, anxiety, stress, helps improve memory, combat flatulence, prevents kidney problems, among others.
Oregano Orejón: this plant is ideal to soothe the discomforts of menstruation and the uncomfortable symptoms of it, such as colic, headache, stomach aches, fluid retention and even mood swings. In addition to this serves to control the level of blood sugar, heals wounds, relieves itching of the skin, insomnia, circulation problems, among other ailments.
Zabila: this plant is healing and moisturizing of the skin, used to fight stomach ulcers, anti-inflammatory and even to rejuvenate the skin and look younger.
Basil: canker sores, cough, sore throat, stomach problems, gas, nausea, warts, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, bites of insects and to prepare delicious foods and green sauce pesto popular in Italy and the whole world.
Santa María: this plant serves to lower fever, relieve headache, counteract menstrual cramps and vaginal inflammation, to relieve rheumatism and reduce swelling, is also used to increase milk production in women who are breastfeeding and for treat cough, throat disorders, tuberculosis, asthma, bronchitis, among other pathologies. It is also used as a natural sweetener endorsed by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Moringa: called the tree of life, it is a superfood, since all parts of plants are used, it has been recommended even to combat chronic diseases such as cancer, even its seeds are excellent for purifying water.
Friends, I want you to be excited to carry out this beautiful project in your community, since everything that will generate them will be benefits, in principle they will not have to make a big investment, because we all have some medicinal silver with which we can contribute, we are saving money on medicines, We are encouraging the cultivation culture in our community and especially the children and at the same time we make an ecological contribution conserving all these plants so vital to preserve our health.

Friend I also like lemon because they can make excellent infusions, I recommend you take this aromatic herb to take advantage of its essence and use it as a perfume. Greetings.
Thanks for sharing this. I will introduce it to my farming group on Facebook and WhatsApp too.
