in #farms6 years ago

hello @farms, today I will talk a little about the onion, as we know it is a very old and nutritious vegetable in medicine and it is also special for the kitchen it provides a great flavor and aroma, although the only negative thing about this vegetable is the onion is that it makes us cry but the rest is ideal to consume and is healthy I want to talk a little about its properties, benefits and a bit of how it is planted.

  • Benefits, when we consume the onion starting to incorporate it from the food it avoids the clots, since it helps us to reduce the cholesterol in the blood and to avoid the aging of veins and arteries.

  • The onion improves circulation by having a high degree of chelcetin, which favors blood circulation.

  • improves the symptoms of anemia, it has antianemic properties, as it gives us phosphorus, iron and Vitamena E that helps you recover blood loss and red blood cells.

  • helps to relieve the cold, being high in vitamin A and C are ideal for relieving respiratory diseases.

  • helps to control hypertension because it contains potassium helps eliminate excess fluid and reduces the risk of suffering gout, hypertension and kidney stones.

  • all of these, even some of them are its benefits and properties, everything that the onion contains what it can do and help us

and what to plant onion is very easy is not complicated as I could see it can be done with the bulb of the onion so in a pot or if you have a large plot you sow several bulbs of the onion you make a hole the colacas and tapas with many land and water at the beginning you can do a control of irrigated land that is wet or fresh but not soaked because the roots rot or bullet, so you can learn to plant onions to enjoy the benefits we have just seen and also for rich recipes in your kitchen.
