Sign up on BeScouted and get into one of those TFP castings to build a little portfolio and have some photoshoot experience. Models get scouted on the platform by agencies, and you would save money on buying a photoshoot and time on sendign those thousands of emails. Even then you can add a link to your online profile instead uploading photos each time.
