Hello Steemian the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), Awards contains bridal gowns, gothic dresses and a whole lot of colorful stripes from different cultures.
On the red carpet at the 23rd annual awards ceremony which is in LA California saw many celeb dresses return to a full swing ball like event, there were 27 voted as best dressed and here is one of them.

So this is another dress I wouldn't say should be a winner not because I particularly find the dress to be horrible its just not great compared to some of the more interesting dresses this just seems like something you can quickly slip on and hope for the best.
Dont get me wrong one thing this dress does wonderfully is shape Michelle Williams body very well but the material seems cheap and possibly uncomfortable.
