How do I not suffer a heart attack after or before having a burger?

in #fast-food7 years ago (edited)

So I missed a my ride to a place I was going directly to, it's a hot summer day, I had to run a errand, and all I wanted to do was to eat some food before I knew that there was even an errand. Why, Why?

Because it was hot, I when into the nearest restaurant on my way to the destination, t'was Five Guys Burgers and Fries; I was so tired from the humidity, that the woman at the cashier asked me, if I wanted any water. I answered yes, then ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a milkshake.

I'm glad I'm usually active, or else I would've collapsed on the floor, like a whale past out on the ground after it was injected with heroin at the beach.

"Mmmmm, more.... more shots..... for me;" (gets the needle) "fuck... fuck that's some.... some good shit muh bredda."

I received the water first, before the milkshake and sandwich. I drink as much of the cup of iced filled water as possible, especially while I received the milkshake. After I finish the cup of water, I drink the milkshake before I receive the burger.

At least I didn't eat this kind of burger, it would've send me to the bath-, oh wait.

While I drink my milkshake, I have the burger. It quite beneficial to have a drink while you eat something, I always get the mantra that people should eat first then drink later; but from my experience it's better to take a bite of the burger, then drink and then repeat the action until the burger is finished.

The reason why it better to eat and drink, because it mushed the food in your mouth, making it easier to chew, swallow and digest the burger.

After I finish my bacon cheeseburger, I left, while drinking my milkshake. Then I take a walk to wherever my destination is.

What you could learn from this? Well be active before and after you eat something. After my visit from the restaurant, I drink as much water as possible without drinking much juice; on top of that resting is also equally important as exercising because exercise is to help the body get more active, rest helps calm the heart.

When I mean resting I mean either sleeping, sitting in one place without eating, or meditating. Because some people can work their heart too fast, that they can have heart issues from working their heart past what they can do.

Here's some links about putting your body through too much endurance, and running to much.

"Ah-- ah ...... oh, that burger cleans out your intestines in milliseconds."

Then again the way to avoid heart attacks, is to not eat the burger, if you feel like you're having any symptom that relates to heart problems; or you're just Greedy Mcready [mic re-de] (an overweight person who's greedy for nothing but fast-food).

Just keep an extra pair of pants and shirts for any sweats, like thigh, arm, titty and ass sweats.

I'm not trying to say that you shouldn't run, just be careful of how much is too much. If this is a double post, that might be due to the fact I never saw the story posted under my profile. But at least I added some stuff to keep it more interesting.

Also, I avoided buying fries at that time, because of the fact that it's fried, and that fried foods can also cause problems with the heart. So I avoided ordering the fries, even when the cashier asked me.

"No, no I didn't order any fries; you can take those fries any shove it up your shitty ass, dumb fuck!"

But just like burgers, fried fries can also be have sparing use. So you don't have to completely eliminate fries or fried fries from your diet.

Regarding foods, avoid the strong tasting ones, because that always means there are lots of salt/sugar/fats. Great informative post.

Agreed, unfortunately there are people I know, that would complain about foods either not having enough salt, or anyone that thinks the food that tastes sugary is automatically good.

Need an example? A friend's 90 year-old grandmother I know has diabetes; she will always complain about the rice not having enough salt, or would want to have someone order pizza.

Another issue is that sometimes, when you look at the food labels on certain juices; they would put more sugar or salt than it tastes sometimes.
