Well success this morning blood sugar at 7.5 when I got up at 930, moved my eating window to 3pm to 8pm, taking advise from a few comment ( thanks guys)
Had a productive afternoon clearing the overgrown vegetation from our land, it's going to take sometime to make a garden of this, but gave me a mini workout, it was 33 degrees.
Let's see how the sugars are in the morning
fasting is better for health.
Yes I'm trying it to lose more weight, and to keep my blood sugars under control, and I hope to make it my lifestyle now
