It may seem overly simple but sometimes that is how life is. If you would like to lose weight do not eat. Try fasting two days each week. It makes meal planning a breeze and requires no thought. I have lost over 50 pounds in the last two years doing less...eating. so simple check it out.
I fast all the time, works well. Don't let fat asses tell you it's unhealthy to do something healthy. Every see a fat ass live to be 100??? Me either, all skinny.
