Yesterday was the worse day so far. I felt about 20% weaker than than day 3. I still took my daughter to train for her athletics. I then took my wife and my daughter's 2 younger siblings to breakfast. They had Jacket potatoes with cheese and beans while my wife had a full English breakfast, I had water only. The food looked delicious but I wasn't tempted.
Later on in the evening while having a shower I felt faintish and my heart was racing. I had to get my wife to finish washing me while I sat in the bath to conserve my energy. I then had to lay in bed for about 15 minutes just to get my heartbeat to normal. I know this is normal from the times I used to ketogenic diets but still, it's not a good feeling but at least I know I'm now in ketosis, though I'm still waiting for that energy that it brings.
I felt about 8% stronger today but despite the water I've been drinking, my lips are no very chapped. I should add that I'm about 50% weaker than I was before the start of my part to put my energy levels in context. I woke up about 8am and then had a sleep at 1pm for about 3 hours. I feel hungrier than I have for the past 3 days which is a bit surprising since all the research I've done said by now I should not be feeling hungry. The hunger is still bearable for me,though.
