So I have about 24 hours to go on my 5 day fast. Without going into details, I will say that I have definitely detoxified by body. My vision seems better as well. I feel like I may be able to go beyond 5 days but I am not going to push it. What I will do is ease back into eating and then fast more intermittently for a while. Possibly 24 hours here and there. Maybe I'll try a 5 day fast every 3 months just to detoxify and reset my body again. I'm glad I have given this a try. I am influenced by @jeremycrow.
