FASTING DAY 3

Day three and I'm feeling good !

Distilled water is water that has been boiled into vapor and condensed back into liquid in a separate container. Impurities in the original water that do not boil below or at the boiling point of water remain in the original container. Thus, distilled water is one type of purified water.
Drinking water has been distilled from sea water since at least about AD 200, when the process was clearly described by Alexander of Aphrodisias. Its history predates this, as a passage in Aristotle's Meteorologica refers to the distillation of water. Captain Israel Williams of the Friendship (1797) improvised a way to distill water, which he described in his journal.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property, that is driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a thermodynamic parameter. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended chemical species as well as biological ones (principally bacteria) from water, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be "selective", this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as solvent molecules, i.e., water, H2O) to pass freely.
In the normal osmosis process, the solvent naturally moves from an area of low solute concentration (high water potential), through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration (low water potential). The driving force for the movement of the solvent is the reduction in the free energy of the system when the difference in solvent concentration on either side of a membrane is reduced, generating osmotic pressure due to the solvent moving into the more concentrated solution. Applying an external pressure to reverse the natural flow of pure solvent, thus, is reverse osmosis. The process is similar to other membrane technology applications. However, key differences are found between reverse osmosis and filtration. The predominant removal mechanism in membrane filtration is straining, or size exclusion, so the process can theoretically achieve perfect efficiency regardless of parameters such as the solution's pressure and concentration. Reverse osmosis also involves diffusion, making the process dependent on pressure, flow rate, and other conditions. Reverse osmosis is most commonly known for its use in drinking water purification from seawater, removing the salt and other effluent materials from the water molecules.

That's funny. Me and my wife are right now 42 hours into fasting. Just water (one lemon, one lime in 1 gallon and some pink Himalayan salt) and coffee. Can't do fasting without coffee lol. She is thinking to do 60 hours and I didn't decide how long I will be doing it. Will try longer. Good luck!

Oh, I'm interested in that "Sheelajit " you wrote in the comment.

Hi veleje, good luck to you too, I have not decided how long as yet, the longest I have done in the past was 7 days, I am just going to push on through and listen to what my body says. With regard the Sheelajit, in todays post I have touched on the subject which I will be posting in tomorrows blog, I am always a day behind making the video then posting the next day.

7 days, nice! I will be happy with 5 if I can make it. Ketone strips are purple that's good ;-)
Did some reading on Sheelajit. It is not allowed for sale in Canada due of high heavy metals content.

I like a lot your blog! i hope we can have some fun too, i'm very happy to follow you. My natal lenguage is spanish, that's because i wrote weird, i hope still learning comenting your post! hahah bless <3 Everybody needs to hear about distilled water!

Hola me amigo ! OK your English is great compared to my Spanish ! Distilled water is pure water so it doesn't contain any impurities, but it also doesn't contain any minerals, so I normally take a thing called Sheelajit that comes from Russia and contains 89 of the 91 essential nutrients, I will probably do a post about this a bit later on, happy Steeming ! Hasta luego !
