Do your fast at dinner time before bed, then sleep as long as you can then by the time you wake up your halfway done. Skip breakfast and have a late lunch and you should be good to go :)
I've found doing it that way its way easier. You don't have to do the full 24 hours if you don't want to as well.
agreed, but for a lot of people going to bed after missing dinner is a difficult job, as hunger hormones are through the roof at that time. hunger hormones kick in around 4 hours after your last meal so if you have an early lunch then yeah you could be fine. but most people would find that difficult. i aim for a 6 hour eating window from 2pm -8pm, and bed for 10pm but still try and have a light meal for the last meal of the day at 8pm. not a massive bowl of pasta
I mean more like have dinner at 7pm start your fast and go to bed at 10pm kind of thing :P
