I sit here in my comfortable home, surrounded by all the things I need and love. I am content. I have everything I need: food, water, shelter, and plenty of love from my family and friends.
I used to be different. I was always striving for more. I was always looking for the next challenge or the next adventure. But as I got older, I started to slow down. I became more interested in savoring the simple things in life than in chasing after the next big thing.
And now, here I am. A fat house cat. Some people might think that this is a bad thing. They might say that I'm lazy and complacent. But I don't care. I'm happy.
I don't have to worry about anything. I don't have to fight for my food or my shelter. I just have to enjoy the things that I have.
Sure, I might not be as active as I used to be. But I'm still content. I have everything I need right here in this moment.
So if you're thinking about becoming a fat house cat, I say go for it. It's not a bad life. In fact, it might be the best life.
