Fears ... do you know what it means?
Fear is defined as an intense emotion, which will give you an unpleasant feeling, this can be caused by a real danger or not, which can be any moment, past, now or tomorrow. This fear can also be manifested along with anxiety and with the passage of time, it can become a terror.
It is a lie if a person ever tells you that he has never experienced fear, no matter how small the feeling, we have all felt what fear is and we know what traces it leaves behind. Fear can be so great that it takes over us in a way that prevents us from making some movement or thinking about something different. Fear not only comes from an external agent that causes us some fear but also can occur in our head, even with a small thought.
Although fear produces an unpleasant sensation, it is a natural reaction that we must feel, because thanks to that "fear" we are able to survive and react to different scenarios.
Enough of talking about fear or fears, since this post is dedicated to dealing with all those fears that can paralyze us since we are all able to put a stop sign when this happens.
We just have to say ourselves very strong in our head, overcome your fears! You can do it! Do not let fears take over us! We always have to maintain ourselves in a positive way before a fear, so that we can solve it in a simpler way.
The best way to overcome your fears can be done through several steps;
• The main thing, in all cases, is to admit it, you have to know that it causes you fear, and you have to be aware of it yourself. The key is to know that you have them and with that, you will start to act in a way in which what you will do is seek solutions, not problems.
• Many people say that if you write them you will in a way give you a better deal on the subject.
• If you have a great fear, you must know that it has an origin, if you do not know it you have to investigate it, because in order not to affect you, you have to know what the exact root of the matter is, so that, like all bad boils, Start from the root.
• You have to ask what can happen if you face your fears, and as you will realize, the worst of the answers would be serious, do not do something about it and stand by so just do it!
• Dare yourself! Only you are the only one capable and responsible for overcoming your fears. That is why you have to face them, take the bull by the horns, and you will see how easy it will be to turn everything around. Others can advise you, but only you can act.
