Overcoming fear requires a relaxed mind free of stress. So, the first thing to do is to calm down physically and mentally. This can be done by taking a deep breath, drinking water, or seeking a diversion from the fear by walking for a moment or listening to cheerful music.

that's my opinion in overcoming fear.

I applaud your article. very easy to understand and able to provide new things in life, and contains a lot of motivation in life.
