From this community, I can see a lot of bloggers love the feathered friends. So do I!
I was a typical office worker working in downtown in the last twenty years, and I hardly went to the Bird Preserve to watch birds. Due to covid-19, I had no choice to stay home teleworking the last two year. I decided to visit some nature areas, so I could keep a social distance with others but also enjoy the nature.
Watching birds, I also brought my Nikon camera with me. I really made it useful now after putting it in storage over 5 years. With it, I could take this beautiful picture of the Western blue bird. I also used the sport mode to capture this duck taking off from the water. It was so amazing that even could capture the water dropping to the pond.
I think they are the best photos that I took so far of the feathered friends. Hope you enjoy!
Yay! 🤗

Hello Iris I love the Feathered Friends community.
I must go there more often.
I have not felt like it since my cockatiel died in 2021. It does not seem that long ago to me because I had him for 19 years almost.
I must try to get back into birds more. I will be able to have another cockatiel soon 😊
