Exercising is also beneficial in reducing mental fatigue. Regular exercise can help boost energy levels, improve mood, and reduce stress. It's recommended to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, but any amount is better than none.

Taking regular breaks during the day can also help reduce mental fatigue. When we are working for long periods of time, our brains can become overwhelmed and fatigued. Taking a break every hour or so to walk outside, stretch, or do something else can help refresh the mind.
