I do understand that the vast majority of feminists aren’t as overbearing as the loud ones may be, but the ones that push the narrative of this odd double standard for men is a little frustrating.
I spoke to someone that said that they consider themselves a feminist, and I asked them to explain what they promote.
They had said that it isn’t fair that men can tell a woman what to do. They “hate men” because they treat women as a lesser being, and women get paid less in the work force.
I want to make the point that women simply can’t do the same thing men can without excessive effort or even the use of steroids. Biologically speaking, men are more physically capable than women. Testosterone is literally responsible for increased muscle mass.
Not all women want the jobs that some men take on either, so it makes sense that they don’t get paid the same.
Now I’d get it if they were in the same workspace, had the same role and still got paid less, but I’m pretty sure they’re speaking on the general spectrum.
